What does the future of recruitment look like?

I recently had the chance to chat with Matt Charney, who in all the years I've been running Social-Hire has always been tuned in to what's happening in recruitment and what's on the horizon.

We did some crystal ball gazing and also reflected on the sharp reduction there's been in the number of people working in recruitment as a result of the pandemic. Key questions we answered included:
