What Is The Job Market Really Like Right Now?

Now is an EASY time to recruit whoever you may need for your business, right?!

Actually no - it's not that simple...

Candidates are anxious about changing jobs and don't want to:

- Move to a new employer where they could be the first to be made redundant

- Move to an employer that doesn't look after employees and their wellbeing as much as their current employer

- Move to an employer that wants to rush staff back to the office and hasn't bought into flexible and remote working

- Show a lack of loyalty to a company that's stuck by them during these tough last few months

For all these reasons and more, now isn't nearly as easy a time to hire as you might initially think.

I had the pleasure recently of chatting with Amie Butchart and getting to the bottom of what the hiring market is really like right now.
