JustClip.it allows you to create and organize folders of social media profiles. You may use it for organizing client leads; you may use it for organizing candidates. It’s a super useful tool and allows you to “clip” and save any social media profile that you would like – irrespective of whether or not you’re already connected with those people.
The process works on three fronts: 1) You can import your existing contacts from LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google+ which will allow you to view all of your social contacts in one place; 2) their Google Chrome extensions allows you to “clip” and save the contact information of any social media profile that is not in your current network; and 3) you can organize, label and manage your entire network in a way that works for you. Nimble is a relationship management tool that gives you a unified view of all your contacts and the interactions you have with people across social media, email and your calendar. It works by connecting all of your networks and then adds CRM functions, such as activities and deals, to those communication channels. This makes it convenient for recruiters to monitor correspondence with past, current and future candidates to ensure efficient follow up and avoid duplicate messages. With Nimble, recruiters can also keep better track of client communication regarding new business leads and potential job openings throughout the various stages of the deal process.

Connect6° is a new people aggregator tool that enables you to discover new connections anywhere on the internet without having to look up a company or individual’s profile. As you browse the web, a “6°” beacon will display next to a name, Twitter handle, email address, or other personal identifier. Once you hover over that icon, a snapshot of the company or individual’s social profiles, brief bio, and contact information will be displayed. It will show you how you are connected as well. Connect6° displays information from profiles such as Twitter, Gmail, LinkedIn, Facebook and GitHub. It also works within Salesforce.

Boomerang is a handy email application that is free for Gmail. It prompts you to follow up with emails that you have sent if no response is received, and allows you to schedule emails to be sent later. You can download the free app on Google Play for your mobile device as well.
Microsoft Outlook users can download a paid version for $29.95 (one-time fee) that serves as an integrated reminder for your emails. It automatically detects dates and times within an email and suggests returning the message at that time, a day before, or a few hours before. Instead of having to open up a new window, enter all of the information regarding who and what to respond to, Boomerang simplifies the process into one click. This makes it easier for recruiters to keep track of phone screens, meetings, client interview feedback and follow up correspondence without letting anything slip through the cracks. WiseStamp is an email add-on for Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook and AOL that lets you customize your email signature to include live updates to your social media profiles. You can choose which profiles you want to include, which network’s updates you would like to share and customize the design.
This add-on is a great way to bring in referral business by advertising current job openings with every email you send.
